Trial Period: There are no free trial periods.

Special sale items are non cancelable and non refundable.

Month To Month Users: T.B.S.P. Inc. will continue to bill your credit card on the first of the month until we receive a written cancellation notice. The written cancellation notice must be received by T.B.S.P. Inc. prior to the beginning of the month or you will be charged for the whole month.

For example: if T.B.S.P. Inc. receives your cancellation notice on or after the 1st of a month, you will be charged for the whole month. We must have the cancellation notice prior to the beginning of the month—no exceptions.

If we do not hear from you, we will continue to charge your credit card until we get a written cancellation notice.

Monthly users may switch to a yearly plan at any time.

There are no refunds once your credit card has been charged.

Yearly Users: T.B.S.P. Inc. will continue to bill your credit card on the first of the month of your anniversary date until we receive a written cancellation notice. The written cancellation notice must be received by T.B.S.P. Inc. prior to the beginning of the month of your anniversary or you will be charged for the whole year.

For example: if T.B.S.P. Inc. receives your cancellation notice on or after the 1st of the month of your anniversary, you will be charged for the whole year. We must have the cancellation notice prior to the beginning of the month—no exceptions.

If we do not hear from you, we will continue to charge your credit card until we get a written cancellation notice.

You will be mailed a notification of renewal approximately 30 days prior to your expiration date.

Yearly plans are non cancelable and non refundable.

Yearly users may switch to a monthly plan only at the conclusion of their yearly plan.

There are no refunds once your credit card has been charged.

Reinstatement: If you quit the service and decide to come back - there is a $10.00 service charge for reinstating your account.

Suspension of service: If you desire to suspend the service - we must have your notification in writing prior to the end of your current period. Remember - none of our employees can read minds.

Bounced Credit Cards & Checks: There is a $10.00 service charge for declined credit card charges and bounced checks. Please notify us prior to the first of a month if there is a change in your credit card (number or expiration date).
